Placing an order
Full payment is required at the point of ordering unless otherwise agreed with us. You will be provided with an order confirmation number and a payment receipt. Check your junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by your security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully and let us know if any items are incorrect.
Butter Believe It cannot accept responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.
Changes to orders
Alterations to orders may be requested, but we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges may apply for any changes.
Collecting an order
If you have arranged to collect from Butter Believe It, your order will be available within the time-slot selected. If for some reason you are unable to collect on the day specified, please contact us. Once an order has been collected, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport to its destination.
Delivery of an order
Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Butter Believe It cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Quality
Butter Believe It products are hand-made, using fresh ingredients. Therefore there may be slight variations in appearance from those shown in our publicity material.
Consequential costs
Butter Believe It will make every effort to fulfil your order correctly. In the unlikely event that this does not occur, please note Butter Believe It does not accept any responsibility for consequential costs incurred due to errors made with products supplied or delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
We can only guarantee a full refund of your order if we receive your order cancellation instructions at least 48 hours (or 5 working days if your order is for a large/special order) before the collection / delivery time. Any other cancellation refunds will be entirely at Butter Believe It's discretion.
All our products are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Butter Believe It will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
COVID-19 UPDATE: In the event of a government or local council mandated shutdown we promise to refund your order in full, or hold it for a date in the future of your choosing (whichever option is preferred by the customer). If a customer needs to cancel an order due to any other circumstances it will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Price changes
Butter Believe It reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice, but guarantee that no price increase will apply to any confirmed paid orders made by a customer for collection on a date after which a price increase has been made.
Customer satisfaction
We work hard at Butter Believe It to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service please contact us on hello@butterbeieveit.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order. Butter Believe It will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
